Singer Sebastian Bach has been released on $3,000 bail after he was charged with assaulting a staff member at a bar in Canada.
Bach was released Monday after he was charged with assaulting the bartender, as well as possession of marijuana and mischief.
On Monday afternoon, Toronto Police were on their way to Peterborough, to arrest Bach on a six-year-old warrant.
Const. Tony Vella said the warrant for Bach stems from a mischief under $5,000 charge.
The singer , who lives in New Jersey, was raised in Peterborough.
He walked to the door carrying a glass of wine, police said, and when he was told he couldn't leave with it he threw it at the front doors, shattering the glass.
Police said a staff member restrained him until officers arrived, and while they waited a scuffle ensued.
When officers searched him they found marijuana on him.

He is scheduled to appear in court again on 23 Nov. 2010.
